Daily Feline Prompt: No Feline Cliffhangers

Write a post about the topic of your choice, in whatever style you want, but make sure to end it with “…and all was well with the world.”

Tabby

“Mrs. Human, where’s Fluffy? I wanted to ask him a few philosophical questions.”

“Oh, Tabby, he is at the vets since yesterday.”

“Why. Has he got his 10th life at last.”

“Nearly Tabby, nearly, but he was lucky. He had a problem with one of his eyes. The vet has now repaired it and all being well he will be home again tomorrow. Can your questions wait until then.”

“i think so. The strong catman Arnold Schwarzenwhiskers said “For me life is continuously being hungry. The meaning of life is not simply to exist, to survive, but to move ahead, to go up, to achieve, to conquer” and I was wondering if Fluffy is also continuously hungry. Do you think he is getting enough tuna fish at the vets?”

“I don’t think that Fluffy wants to eat at the moment. He is still recovering from the operation.”

“Of course not Mrs. Human, the vets are probably given him some sort of meat mixtures. If you visit him, take him a tin of tuna fish from me. I am sure that will put him onto the road of recovery.”

“I am sure it will, but I would wait until tomorrow. Then you can both share your tuna fish together.”

“Err, Mrs. Human, remember, share does not exist in Meow, but if you give Fluffy his own dish, and a dish for me, that will be OK. Can I have the paw-mail address of the vet?”

“Why?”

“I thought I would send Fluffy and paw print by e-mail and all the kind greetings his fan club are sending on our Feline Prompt page and then all is well in Fluffy’s world.”

  1. Princess Diamond the Hunydog sends this message: Woof, woof..awooroo. Roughly translated it means: Blessings and light to the feline who suffers. (it loses something in the translation you understand)…and is a sincere effort to foster better inter-species relationships between dogs and cats. Her “Mrs. Human” hopes Fluffy is doing well and will recover nicely. The tuna should help!

Sorry but I always have to include a Hiss when meowing with canines. I will pass your message onto Fluffy and the tuna fish will help both me, Tabby, and Fluffy if there is any left for him. We love inter-species relationships, especially by computer. It is much easie that face to face if you know what I mean.
      Sending pawsome greetings, Tabby
